Is your child full of energy and ready to move? At GymBits, we offer an engaging environment where children can enjoy physical activity while learning about body mechanics in a fun and interactive way with a start date of Sept 9th 2024

Located within Powerhouse Athletics at Bedford Place Mall, GymBits provides a spacious, secure setting with ample free parking and convenient drop-off and pick-up options. The mall also offers a variety of shops and restaurants, making it easier for parents to manage their day. With 1:10 ratios children are encouraged to have fun while exploring their athletics abilities.

Our facility features multi-sport courts measuring 100x80 feet, with additional use of turf, studio, and tumble areas. Each day, we offer a new array of activities designed to enhance flexibility, teach sports fundamentals, and develop techniques for returning participants.

Requirements:

  • Children must bring their own water, lunch, and snacks sufficient for their stay.

  • A beach towel or yoga mat is required for identifying their personal space.

  • Children are welcome to take breaks as needed, and we will adhere to parental instructions regarding nap times.

  • Potty training is required; exceptions will necessitate the use of pull-ups, which must be provided by parents.

Hours of Operation and Exceptions:

  • Availability on professional development days may vary; notice will be provided one week in advance if we are closed.

  • In the event of snow days, we will follow facility and local university decisions.

  • GymBits reserves the right to cancel a day with two weeks’ notice.

  • Daily drop-in registration closes at noon the day prior to ensure adequate staffing.

Policies:

  • A 50% deposit is required for registrations longer than one week if not starting immediately.

  • Cancellation of a weekly contract requires a 7-day notice for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation of a full month contract requires at least 2 weeks’ notice for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation of contracts longer than one month requires a minimum of one month's notice, with refunds prorated based on the remaining contract period.
